Gary,

it seems image-poems like these are all computer-generated. What software do poets who mix pictures with words use?

Hi Conrad,

Thanks for dropping by.

Troy Lloyd often creates things with old fashioned ink or other 'real world' substances, such as paper. Some other work, like many writers, uses the computer at some stage, either by creating the world or manipulating it with software such as (most often) Photoshop. Some other writers deliberately eschew software: derek beaulieu, for example, is uses Lettraset. jwcurry likewise uses rubberstamps, lettraset, hand drawing, etc. Geof Huth sometimes uses software, but also, when creating his many 'glyphs' uses sand, ink, steam, sofas, or any other image making media.
